LOGO MEANING

Genuine authenticity is important in my life.  I enjoy learning new skills, so I developed The Applicant Czar web site.  I find personal satisfaction in creating the format, content, and pictures.  More importantly, I imagined the concept and designed the logo.

I chose Lexi, a true companion who has my back, to be the firm mascot and symbol of The Applicant Czar.  The German Shepherd is a working dog which embodies loyalty, intelligence, strength, courage, and protection.  These are all characteristics of an extraordinary leader.  A leader is someone that you can trust to guide you in the right direction through difficult and challenging times.  Welcome to The Applicant Czar pack!

The horseshoe is an actual horseshoe from Maryland. Historically, the horseshoe is a symbol of good luck and fortune, which we all need in our employment journeys.  This particular horseshoe is also noteworthy because it is worn. This signifies a workhorse, a person who is highly dependable, hard working, and gets the job done!

Anecdotally, I've been told that I was born with a horseshoe because things have worked out well for me in my career.  I like to attribute my success to planning, hard work, a strong support network, and of course a little luck along the way!
