COACHING

Whether a student, retiree, or anywhere in between, career coaching sessions allow us to assess your current situation and focus on next steps. We will work together to set attainable short and long term career goals. Our priority is to develop a plan with achievable action items that you can pursue toward a happy and fulfilling career. My mission is to help set you up for success.

MENTORSHIP

Drawing upon my education, training and work experience, I will listen to your concerns and provide supportive advice and constructive feedback. Topics may include: financial literacy, employment transitions, leading people, project management, public speaking, self-awareness, and professional development. My goal is to help you make informed decisions, improve your skills, and grow professionally.

EMPLOYMENT TOOLKIT

Having attended many recruiting events and reviewed innumerable federal job applications, I am well suited to assist you in creating your employment toolkit. This includes an online profile, cover letter, resume, reference letters, and elevator pitch. It is to your advantage to dedicate the time and effort to develop an online presence, application materials, and a professional network. Preparation is essential for success at all stages of employment.

INTERVIEW PREPARATION

The most difficult part of the hiring process is the interview. An applicant cannot underestimate the challenges in successfully passing this phase. During interview preparation sessions, we will review the format of a structured interview, types of questions asked, and conduct mock interview question-and-answer scenarios. With proper practice, you can learn to present your amazing life experiences in a very detailed, confident manner, while appropriately addressing the questions asked. We will strive to improve your presentation skills in order to increase your competitiveness.

PRICE AND SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY

Career coaching, mentorship, and other services are $50 per 45-minute session. The current $50 price is offered for a limited time only and subject to change. Pay as you go. There is no obligation to purchase packages or multiple sessions. You do what’s right for you!
